How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

What are your shipping times?

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
    Typical total delivery time is 4–8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

Will I receive tracking information?

Some orders include tracking. If tracking is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy.
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in original condition.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately with photos.

How do I start a return?

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, and any other payment options shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
